How we service your construction portaloo
Our crew visits construction units every two weeks to empty, clean and restock them. Ask about more frequent servicing for a busy site.
Event servicing is not included by default. Ask about a service plan for heavier use or multi-day events.

Standard Delivery Area
The standard delivery charge applies within 40 km of our Capalaba depot. We check the exact address and access before confirming coverage; areas beyond the standard zone may cost extra. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast portaloo hire is by enquiry only.
Crane Truck Delivery
All units are delivered by crane truck with a 4-5 metre reach from hardstand. You'll need a 2.5m wide path and 5m vertical clearance for placement.
Event Scheduling
Friday delivery and Monday collection is a common weekend arrangement. We confirm the dates, access and delivery charge with your quote.

Common questions about our portable toilet hire service.
How much does it cost to hire a portaloo in Brisbane?
Construction: The minimum hire is 28 days at $210 ex GST. Each day beyond the minimum is $7.50 ex GST. Events: The minimum hire is 4 days at $88 inc GST. Each day beyond the minimum is $27.50 inc GST. Delivery and collection are separate. The fleet cards show current hire and standard delivery totals; the quote confirms your address and dates.
How many toilets do I need to hire?
Tell us the number of users, duration, existing toilets and access needs. Event numbers also depend on peak demand, food and drink, and venue or council requirements. Construction projects have separate Queensland amenities requirements. A guest ratio or a single unit does not establish compliance.
What is the minimum rental term?
Construction and sewer-connect units have a 28-day (4-week) minimum. Event and trailer-mounted units have a 4-day minimum, with extra days charged after that. A shorter booking still attracts the relevant minimum charge.
How often are the portaloos serviced?
Standard construction hire includes fortnightly pump-out, cleaning and restocking. Weekly or extra visits cost extra and should be arranged for the site's usage. Short-term event and trailer hires do not include ongoing servicing by default. Sewer-connect units do not need holding-tank pump-outs; the hirer still arranges cleaning and restocking.
How much space do I need for a portaloo?
Allow a firm, level position with a safe approach for users and access for delivery, collection and any servicing. Send photos of gates, slopes and overhead obstructions so we can confirm the placement and truck access before booking.
What is your standard delivery area?
We deliver to eligible addresses around Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich and Moreton Bay. The standard delivery price applies within 40 km of our Capalaba depot; distance and access can change the quote. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast portaloo hire is by enquiry only. Send the exact address for confirmation.
When will my toilet be delivered and collected for a weekend event?
Friday delivery and Monday collection is a common four-day booking. We confirm the actual delivery and collection dates with your quote, including venue access. Short-term event servicing is arranged separately if needed.
How do I collect and return the trailer-mounted toilet?
Collect it from and return it to our Capalaba depot at the agreed times. Confirm your vehicle's tow rating, coupling and electrical connection are suitable before collection. Trailer-mounted hire is pickup only; there is no delivery charge.
What does trailer-mounted toilet hire include?
The minimum hire is 4 days at $198 inc GST. Each day beyond the minimum is $49.50 inc GST. The toilet is supplied on its trailer with fresh water flushing, hand washing and lighting. You collect and return it at Capalaba. Ongoing servicing is not included by default.
Can I use a sewer-connected toilet instead?
Yes, if your site has suitable sewer and water connections. We deliver and place the unit; your plumber arranges the connections. It needs no routine holding-tank pump-outs, but you still need cleaning, supplies and a suitable number of toilets for the users.
Can I move the portaloo after delivery?
Contact us before moving a delivered unit so we can review safe placement and service access. A trailer-mounted unit can be towed using suitable equipment and the handover instructions. Do not drag or lift a toilet by improvised means.
Do event toilets need servicing during the event?
It depends on attendance and duration. Ongoing servicing is not included in standard short-term event hire. Arrange additional cleaning or pump-outs in advance for heavier use or a multi-day event; do not rely on a fixed number of flushes.
Are the event and construction toilets the same fleet?
No. Event units are reserved for events and arrive cleaned and stocked. Construction units are supplied for ongoing site use with fortnightly servicing included. Both use fresh water flushing.
Can I keep a toilet for longer than the minimum?
Tell us if your dates change so we can confirm availability, extra hire charges and collection. Event and trailer extra-day rates differ. Construction and sewer-connect hire retain their own minimum term and rates.
