Can you deliver to rural properties and campsites?
Yes, we regularly deliver to rural properties, acreage, and private campsites across South East Queensland. The main requirement is that our crane truck can access the delivery point — we need a road or track that supports a medium-sized truck. If you're unsure about access, send us the location and we'll let you know.
How far do you deliver?
We cover Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, and the Scenic Rim — within 60 km of our Capalaba depot. Delivery fees vary by distance. Contact us with your location for an exact quote.
Does the portaloo need water or power?
No. Our units are completely self-contained. The flush system uses an onboard water tank, the LED lighting is battery-powered, and the waste is held in a sealed tank. You don't need any external connections — just a flat spot to place it.
How long can I go between services?
Each unit holds approximately 300 flushes. For a family of four using it daily, that's roughly 2-3 weeks of capacity. For longer camping stays or higher usage, we can schedule fortnightly servicing to empty the tank and restock supplies.
What's the minimum hire period?
The base rate includes 4 days. After that, you're charged a low daily rate for each additional day. There's no maximum hire period — keep it as long as you need.
Is it suitable for family camping with kids?
Absolutely. Our units have a proper fresh water flush, hand wash basin with soap, and internal LED lighting — much better than digging a hole in the bush. Kids can use them independently, and the internal lock gives everyone privacy.
