During EventFor multi-day events, agree and quote any pump-outs and cleaning before booking. Keep the service route clear during the agreed access windows.
Complete Removal
Day AfterPost-event, we return to collect all units.
Where do you deliver festival portaloos?
Delivery eligibility is confirmed for your exact address for large-scale event logistics.
We deliver to eligible Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich and Moreton Bay addresses. The standard delivery charge applies within 40 km of Capalaba; distance and access can change the quote. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast portaloo hire is by enquiry only.

Festival portaloo hire FAQs
How many toilets do I need?
Tell us the number of users, duration, existing toilets and access needs. Event numbers also depend on peak demand, food and drink, and venue or council requirements. Construction projects have separate Queensland amenities requirements. A guest ratio or a single unit does not establish compliance.
What does event hire include?
A clean, stocked toilet from our dedicated event fleet for the quoted hire period. Delivery and collection cost $154 inc GST separately in the standard zone. Your address and access determine the final charge. Ongoing servicing is not included by default; agree any mid-event cleaning or pump-outs in your quote.
What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire is 4 days at $88 inc GST. Each day beyond the minimum is $27.50 inc GST. Delivery and collection cost $154 inc GST separately in the standard zone. Your address and access determine the final charge.
Can you service toilets during a multi-day festival?
Ask for a quoted service plan before the event. Pump-outs and cleaning are not included by default in short-term event hire. We need safe vehicle access and agreed service windows outside crowd movements.
How far ahead should we book?
Enquire as soon as the dates, venue and expected attendance are known. Larger bookings need time to confirm unit availability, site layout and service access. The quote confirms what can be supplied.
What access and ground conditions are needed?
The unit needs a firm, level location and a safe route for users. We need suitable truck access for delivery and collection, plus pump-out access if servicing is arranged. Send photos of slopes, gates and overhead obstructions for review; grass alone does not confirm suitability.
Can we add toilets at short notice?
Contact us to check availability and access. Extra units and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed, so plan for peak attendance before confirming the booking.

We deliver to eligible addresses around Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich and Moreton Bay.
