We lodge the EWR on your behalf, so you don't need to deal with Energex directly. Drive time from Capalaba to Maroochydore is around 90 minutes via the Bruce Highway; hinterland sites in Maleny, Landsborough or Beerwah add 20–30 minutes. After installation, Energex connects the network within 5–10 business days, then your electricity retailer's meter provider attends a few days later to fit the meter — power flows once that meter is in. Steep, narrow, or vegetated access is common in the hinterland, so our crew checks crane reach on site and chooses the safest practical placement; we flag any access risk at quote stage. The pole complies with the Queensland Electricity Connection Manual; the test tag stays attached as your evidence of compliance for the first 6 months, after which retesting is the hirer's responsibility.
