Send us your site plan or photos. We confirm pole placement, access, and connection type for your build.
Our licensed electricians install the pole and meter box. EWR is lodged with Energex the same day.
You contact your retailer to open an account. Energex then attends to connect the pole to the grid. This is the network connection — not yet live power.
Your retailer's meter provider attends a few days after Energex to fit the meter. Power only starts flowing once the meter is in.
Once permanent power is connected to the house, we collect the pole and restore the site.
