Energex Connects The Pole
5-15 DaysYour retailer raises the service order. Energex then connects the pole to the grid — three-phase connections may take slightly longer to schedule. This is the network connection, not yet live power.
Retailer Installs The Meter
+2-5 DaysYour retailer's meter provider attends a few days after Energex to fit the meter. Power only starts flowing once the meter is in.
Collection
End of hireWhen your permanent three-phase supply is connected, we remove the pole and all associated hardware.
