Delivery and Access Requirements
Our portaloos are delivered and positioned using a crane truck. To ensure safe and efficient delivery, please confirm the following on site:
- Minimum 3 m wide clear access path for the truck
- 5 m vertical clearance for crane operation (no low trees, powerlines, or awnings)
- Hard standing surface for the truck – not soft ground, steep slopes, or unstable fill
For tight or complex sites – especially older beachside suburbs with narrow driveways or limited street parking – our delivery team will coordinate directly with your site supervisor or event organiser to:
- Confirm the exact drop location
- Plan crane setup and access
- Discuss any time restrictions or building management requirements

Servicing Schedule
Construction Portaloos
Construction site portaloos receive fortnightly servicing as standard, which includes:
- Complete evacuation of the 390 L holding tank
- High-pressure interior clean and full sanitisation
- Fresh water recharge with biodegradable chemical treatment
- Restocking of toilet paper and hand soap
Servicing is scheduled automatically – you don’t need to call each time. For heavy-use sites or larger crews, you can:
- Upgrade to weekly servicing
- Book additional pump-outs as needed (usually within 24–48 hours)
Event Portaloos
For most short-term events (up to 4 days), a single pre-event deep clean and setup is sufficient. For multi-day festivals or events with very high attendance, we can arrange:
- Mid-event servicing
- Extra consumables (toilet paper, soap)
- Additional units to reduce queues
