Every builder's pole installation includes:

You choose the phase — single phase for standard residential builds or three phase for larger projects — and we handle the rest.

How It Works
Book & Site Check
Day 1We confirm pole and stay anchor positions. The pole needs clear space for metal support stays — roughly 3m radius.
Installation
Day 2-3Our crew installs the pole with metal support stays and anchors. The meter box is fitted and the EWR is lodged.
Energex Connects The Pole
5-10 DaysYou call your retailer to open an account. Energex then attends to connect the overhead service line from the street to the pole. This is the network connection — not yet live power.
Retailer Installs The Meter
+2-5 DaysYour retailer's meter provider attends a few days after Energex to fit the meter. Power only starts flowing once the meter is in.
Removal
End of hireOnce permanent power is connected, we remove the pole, stays, and anchors — restoring the site.
