We lodge the Electrical Work Request; network and retailer schedules determine when power is available. Traffic control, where needed, is free but extends the timeframe.

Yes — Poles and Holes installs temporary and permanent power poles across the Gold Coast Hinterland, including Nerang, Mudgeeraba, Maudsland, Tamborine Mountain, Canungra and the Coomera valley. The Hinterland sits beyond our standard 40 km delivery zone, so a $10 per kilometre distance surcharge applies on top of the standard hire rate — that fee covers the four trips every pole hire involves: delivery to site, our return to depot, pickup at end of hire, and our return again. Steep, narrow or restricted-access Hinterland sites are common, so our crew assesses crane reach on the day and chooses the safest practical placement; we'll flag any access risk at quote stage. Same Energex network applies as the rest of the Gold Coast, so the connection paperwork is identical — just longer drive times to factor in.

Solar camera bundle hire on the Gold Coast is by enquiry only, with a minimum 84-day hire. The bundle includes two cameras with continuous 24/7 recording and 10-day playback. The event-recording camera for our hired poles is coming soon and is not yet bookable; no camera-only hire is offered. A $10/km travel surcharge applies beyond our standard 40 km zone. Temporary pole hire covers the agreed pole configuration and hire period for your Gold Coast site. Delivery and installation arrangements are itemised in the quote. We handle the agreed paperwork, including the EWR. Visits by our electricians for connection work are charged to you; network, retailer and metering charges are separate. Traffic control for the network connection is free but adds lead time. Stayless poles are coming soon.

Portaloo hire on the Gold Coast is by enquiry only. Send the address, hire dates, expected users and whether it is a worksite or event. Include access photos, venue delivery windows and any cleaning or servicing needs. We confirm product availability, delivery, collection and service costs before agreeing a booking. The standard delivery price does not apply to every regional address.

Construction toilets have a 28-day minimum with fortnightly servicing, subject to an agreed service route. Event toilets have a four-day minimum; extra days, transport and any ongoing servicing are separate. Sewer-connect units need suitable water and sewer connections arranged through your plumber, with cleaning and supplies arranged by you. Confirm availability for your address before choosing a setup.

Trailer-mounted toilets are pickup only from our Capalaba depot. Ask us to confirm availability, collection and return dates, and the loaded trailer specifications.
